Every plan includes unlimited students and parents, unlimited connectors, SSO and automation rules. Each managed deployment has its own server, database and infrastructure backups. The Advanced backup module adds backup management within Plugboard.
Prices are in AUD per deployment per year, excluding applicable taxes. Core and Standard include one institution; Advanced includes up to three. Enterprise starts at AUD 30,000 for an agreed group scope, not per school. Paying monthly adds 15%. Device rates shown assume the full included allowance is used.
The rate falls as the fleet grows
At the full included allowance, the annual rate falls from AUD 8.00 to AUD 3.00 per device. Your effective rate depends on how many devices you use.

Going over a band does not force an upgrade or interrupt anything. It bills at the rate above, on the month's peak. You can stay on your plan and pay overage, or move up when that costs less. Extra technician accounts cost AUD 138.89, AUD 117.19 or AUD 93.75 per month on Core, Standard or Advanced respectively. Overage rates are the same on annual and monthly billing. Self-hosted overage is calculated at 85% of the unrounded managed rate, then rounded to cents.
Onboarding, hosting and discounts
Standard onboarding is included
IncludedInitial setup, configuration of supported connectors and a standard data import are included on every plan. Complex migrations and bespoke development are quoted before work starts.
Self-hosted costs less
85%Run Plugboard on your own hardware and you pay 85% of the managed price for the same tier. You run the infrastructure, backups and upgrades; software updates and product support remain included. Core is AUD 3,400, Standard AUD 7,650 and Advanced AUD 15,300 per year; Enterprise starts at AUD 25,500 for an agreed scope.
Terms and groups
up to 20%Two years saves 5%, three years 10%. Groups of five schools save 10%, fifteen or more save 15%. Term and group discounts multiply, capped at 20% combined.
Where the AI runs, and what it costs
The AI assistant is included from Standard. With a configured local model, inference runs on your own hardware with no per-call fee from Plugboard. Point the desk at your own Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible key instead and it bills to your account; we charge nothing to route to it.

Vendor-hosted, on managed plans
AUD 25.00Per 1,000 calls beyond the monthly allowance, which is 1,000 on Standard and 3,000 on Advanced. Hosted inference uses DigitalOcean Gradient AI; review the provider and data-processing terms.

Support and rollout scope
Included support operates 09:00–17:00 Australia/Sydney, Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Regional US/EU coverage, after-hours response and guaranteed response times require a separately priced written agreement.
Standard onboarding covers one deployment, supported connector configuration and one standard data import, with scope recorded in your quote. Additional training, repeat imports and complex migrations are quoted separately.
Two-year terms save 5%; three-year terms save 10%. Groups of five schools save 10%; fifteen or more save 15%. Combined term and group discounts are capped at 20%.
